Quarterly Risk Assessment meeting – The first topic of discussion was the possibility of installing shatterproof glass in the back door and the inside front doors of the Courthouse. Derek Manning, Sheriff also mentioned that there is a film that can be installed on the glass so in case of damage being done to the glass it will not shatter everywhere. Quotes will be obtained for these suggestions. The second topic was Security/Wi-Fi. Jonathan Beck, Assessor mentioned that the new wifi systems are fully operational. The third topic was the camera system at the courthouse. Derek Manning, Sheriff brought up that 3 of the security cameras at the Courthouse are not working and waiting on their IT company to come and assess the issue. The fourth item was the counties insurance through ACCO.
